三、奖学金Scholarship
学校将对申请者进行审核，并组织电话或网络面试，对符合条件的同学授予奖学金。
The University will award those who are qualified with scholarship via phone or internet interview.
第一学期末，学校将根据新生的学业及在校表现进行学期评审，并公布第二学期获得奖学金的名单。
The academic and daily performance of freshmen will be evaluated by the end of the 1st semester, according to which the scholarship of the 2nd semester will be decided.
四、申请途径Application
1.1 申请上海市政府外国留学生奖学金的同学，请登陆留学上海网（http://study.shmec.gov.cn）申请，完成后获取申请单号，并在“上海电机学院外事综合管理平台在线申请系统”中填写申请单号。
Please apply for Shanghai Government Scholarship for International Students at Study in Shanghai (http://study.shmec.gov.cn) and you will receive an Application Number. Then go to the next step.

五、申请条件 Application Requirements
1、中文授课 Chinese-taught Programs
具有高级中学毕业的学历，身体健康，年龄在18岁以上，30周岁以下。如不能使用汉语学习者，可先安排学习汉语一年。学习专业的汉语要求一般为HSK4级以上。
Applicants must hold a high school diploma, be in good health, aged from 18 to 30 and with HSK level 4 or above. If the applicants are not proficient enough in Chinese to follow the program, one-year Chinese course can be arranged. To begin major study, HSK Certificate Level 4 is required.

2、英文授课English-taught Programs
具有高级中学毕业的学历，身体健康，年龄在18岁以上，30周岁以下。英语水平良好，能用英语进行日常的听、说、读、写等。
Applicants must hold a high school diploma, be in good health, aged from 18 to 30. Applicants should have a high level of English, can listen, speak, read and write in English fluently.
